Polish business Ryszard Krauze will be issued shares worth zł.50 million by insulin producer Bioton. The company's management board made the decision on June 30.

Krauze, already the main shareholder in Bioton, in April announced his intention to inject zł.21 million into the company. At the same time it was announced that his dominant business group, Prokom Investments, was to spend zł.150 million on Bioton stock.

Bioton saw a $6 (zł.18.61) million net loss in Q1. (RG)
