JW Construction, Dom Development and Budimex Nieruchomości are the three most recognized developers in Warsaw, according to a recent survey by Nowy Adres and Millward Brown SMG/KRC based on telephone and face-to-face interviews.
Also among the 10 most recognized companies are Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa Włodarzewska, APM Development, Echo Investment, Edbud, Dolcan, Eko Park and Acciona Nieruchomości. JW Construction, Dom Development and Budimex Nieruchomości are also, according to the poll’s respondents, the best developers in the market.
“For Poles, price remains the most important criterion when searching for an apartment. As a result, for many people the best developer is the one that can offer an affordable unit,” said Katarzyna Cyprynowska, president of the board of Nowy Adres and author of the report.
The research was also conducted in a number of regional Polish cities. In Kraków, Grupa Budostal, SM Salwator and Budimex Nieruchomości topped the list, while in the Tri-city conurbation the leaders of the poll were Grupa Inwestycyjna Hossa, Ekolan and Invest Komfort. In Poznań and Wrocław, Ataner, Budimex Nieruchomości and Trust; and Gant Development, Dach Bud and Wrobiss, respectively, were regarded by those polled as the best-known developers in their markets.
