Polish PM Donald Tusk will not be joined by the president at the EU summit on March 1

President Lech Kaczyński will not be flying to the EU summit in Brussels this Sunday, leaving PM Donald Tusk's claim to the one seat allocated to Poland uncontested.

This information was revealed to TVN24 by the head of the President's Chancellery, Michał Kamiński. (RG)
