Aluminum producer to see drop in profits
Grupa Kęty expects a 4.3 percent decrease in net profit this year
Grupa Kęty, an aluminum producer based in the Małopolska voivodship, has forecast that its 2009 net profit will amount to zł.60.7 million, a 4.3 percent y/y drop.
Revenues are expected to fall by 16 percent y/y to zł.1.05 billion.
The company said falling aluminum prices as well as dwindling sales volume were to blame.
