PKO BP goes virtual

Inteligo, the online arm of bank PKO BP, is in negotiations with mobile-phone operator Polkomtel over an agreement which could provide it with mobile phone services under its own brand as an MVNO.

In competition with Pokomtel's Mbank, Inteligo would have the advantage of PKO BP's network of 2.1 million accounts with internet access and 1,300 branches.
