Cinema to be flat-tened

A three-storey apartment block is to be developed on the site of the former Wars cinema on Plac Nowe Miasto in Warsaw.

The developer is likely to be Serenus (a company associated with Juvenes), which bought the property from Instytucja Filmowa Max Film for zł.4.7 million.
