ZA Puławy will be ready with its IPO by Q1 2005. President Zygmunt Kwiatkowski said that another share issue is possible later on, depending on the general economic situation. Both Tele2 and NOM, alternative fixed-line operators, are using the services of Ranger Poland, an intermediary, to acquire new clients.
