(Puls Biznesu, pp. 1,10) ... The State Treasury Minister is faced with the choice of selling Impexmetal's shares, which are worth zł.180 million, to either London-based Bancroft or Boryszew. Boryszew, which already has a 10% stake in Impexmetal, has been granted permission from the Securities and Stock Exchange Commission to exceed a 33% stake limit in Impexmetal.
